- We, Post Watersport, reserve the right to postpone a trip in case of bad weather.
- Every boat has his own Post Watersport skipper.
- In case of unforeseen events like bad weather or mechanical failure, we reserve the right to abort the trip. No rights can be obtained from any of these decisions.
- Personal belongings are only allowed at own risk.
- Full costs will be charged in case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the trip.
- All participants are obliged to wear life jackets.In some cases, participants can be asked for some assistance e.g. holding a rope.
- Participation is at own risk; back- and neck patients are advised not to participate. We are not liable for any injuries.
